Catalina wanted to build muscle and to get a nicely shaped athletic body. We went for building muscle and losing fat at the same time to get muscle definition but also to get a nice body shape. She was able to build a substantial amount of muscle mass while her strength increased significantly on all exercises. On top of this, she lost fat around her waist, upper back area, arms, and legs. This is a 6 month transformation where the weight is completely the same, 60kg on both photos.

When Alex approached me for the first time, his goal was to lose a bit of weight as he was not feeling comfortable at this body weight, and to increase his energy levels as he felt quite weak and energy depleted during the day. On top of this, his activity level was really low as he was sedentary, having an office job.

With 4 workouts per week, and optimized nutrition with balanced and healthy meals, Alex was able to completely transform his body and lose 18 kg of weight during 4 months. His strength level drastically increased while his energy levels were much higher than before.

Aldo 25

Aldo is a perfect example that even with a super busy schedule, and frequent travelings (working as a flight attendant), it is possible to achieve body transformation in a very short period of time. Frequent travelings to different time zones forced us to use a very flexible approach to food and dieting, while still losing fat on a daily basis. On top of this, we were limited to only 3 workouts per week as well, but on an optimized program it is not a problem. He ended up actually heavier than when he started the program, but with a completely different look. Another proof that weight scale does not pain the whole picture.

My lifting journey had its ups and downs, and a lot of trial and errors, but over time, I managed to build a physique that I was happy with. 

​

As you can see on the photo, I struggled with skinny fat look before I started lifting, as naturally I was always leaning towards skinny side, with very narrow shoulders. In my opinion, very average genetics, however I never wanted to have it as an excuse. Instead, I learned how to train properly, and figured out what is best for my body. 

​

I apply same principles to all my clients today, as I strongly believe that every individual is different, that that cookie cutter programs cannot work for everyone.

We aim for constant strength and muscle growth progression that is carefully tracked on a session to session basis to make sure you are on track.

NUTRITION PLAN

Flexible dieting plan depending on your food preferences as well as dieting system preferences (calorie tracking, ad libitum dieting)

ACCOUNTABILITY

Weekly check ins via Skype to recap on the whole week. We go through all the questions that you might have regarding any potential difficulties.

ONLINE SYSTEM

We rely on data tracking for both body composition measurements as well as strength progression measurements in the gym.

Be Fit and Strong is an online and 1v1 coaching program where the head coach Mirza Beslagich will work with you to reach your fitness and fat loss goals.
